The International Office offers group advisory meetings for exchange semesters in Europe. After a short introduction we will answer your questions. Maybe your fellow students have other questions, you didn’t think of! The next dates are:
The meetings are held hybrid in the International Office (LC building, level 4, room LC.4.358) and on MS Teams – no registration required.
Bachelor’s Students: Application Period for ECOL Online Courses
Covid did have nice side effects, too – WU and some partner universities started ECOL, the European Common Online Learning Initiative that gives you the possibility to study internationally from home. Choose the most interesting course in the winter semester 2024/25 (one course per semester possible), and apply for it during the application period:

Internship abroad – With an Erasmus+ Grant
You haven’t got a summer job yet? How about an internship abroad? It will be an asset for you in your professional life. You can apply for an Erasmus+ grant for your internship if you will work in an EU member state or in selected countries. See the website Erasmus+ internship for details. The WU ZBP Career Center can give you advice on looking for a spot abroad.

Successfully Being Yourself
In May, the Student Counseling team has invited expert Rainer Schafhuber who will show in a workshop how all aspects (loved and less liked ones) of the self are welcome and necessary to be successful. He works with the Internal Family System approach developed by Richard Schwartz and you will have the opportunity to work with your inner team.

Campus Recruiting Day
Interviews. Action. Networking – at Campus Recruiting Day from June 4 to 6, you can make your first contacts with ten employers. It’s all about your job entry! If you are already looking for a job, there will be the opportunity for job interviews right on campus. If you want to get to know employers and experience team feeling with companies, the action elements such as mini golf, bowling, cocktail course, or an escape game are perfect for you.

Where are the lockers where you can leave your coats? How do you borrow and return books?
Our virtual tours will help you find your way around the library:
Entrance to the Central Library & level -2: On this tour, you start in the entrance area and can also explore the book and magazine stacks in the basement of the library.
Library information on level 2: This is the right place to ask questions if you can’t find a book or need help with your research.
Communicative area on level 4: Check out our charging station for mobile devices, the Newslounge and the chill-out area with sofas for your breaks.
